Avlu 1 Apart, the pearl of tourism in İçmeler, has been the most distinguished facility all over the region for 15 years, thanks to its location and typical architectural structure. Avlu 1, which has always been favoured due to its large garden, entertaining bar and high-quality rooms, offers you a quiet holiday despite being among the shopping centers. Consisting of 26 apart rooms, our hotel is of walking distance to the renowned İçmeler Bazaar and the beach. Some of the apart rooms are designed as studios, suitably for the accommodation of the couples, while the others are as one-bedroom aparts, appropriate for the accommodation of four people.
